  • Not at all. All of our wellness party classes are designed to be accessible for all fitness levels. Our instructor will guide every guest through the full session — no experience necessary.

  • Yes, with coordination. We welcome outside cakes, desserts, and simple décor — just let us know in advance. Outside alcohol is not permitted, but our mocktail bar is available in the Signature, Ultimate, and Takeover packages.

  • Our sauna, cold plunge, and light therapy access is guided and staffed. We provide a brief orientation so every guest can participate at their own comfort level. Guests with medical concerns should consult their physician prior to the event.

  • We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time, especially for weekend events. Popular dates (Fridays, Saturdays in summer) book quickly.
