Hot Pilates
This isn’t your average mat class. Hot Pilates Mat is a high-energy, low-impact workout designed to strengthen, sculpt, and stabilize—all in a heated room (90–95°F) that maximizes muscle activation and sweat-driven detox.
Rooted in classical Pilates principles and elevated with modern athletic movement, this class targets deep core muscles, tones the entire body, and improves postural alignment.

We heat the studio, we put Pilates first, and we’ve cranked up the intensity by blending classic Barre moves and high-intensity interval training (HIIT).
