Join us for a FREE Mat Pilates Pop-Up right at the Grand Haven Farmer's Market! Body Haus is coming to Grand Haven this fall, and we wanted to meet you before we open our doors. On Wednesday, August 26th at 11:00 AM, join instructor Cassandra for a totally free, beginner-friendly Mat Pilates class; no experience necessary, and all levels are welcome.

This event is free and open to the public, no sign-up required; just show up ready to move! Please bring your own mat.

📍 We'll be at 301 N Harbor Dr, Grand Haven, MI 49417, and since the Farmer's Market lot fills up fast, please park next door in the mini golf parking lot.
