What Does It Actually Mean to Live Richly?

We use the phrase a lot here at Body Haus Lifestyle Club. You’ll see it on our socials, in our captions, and in the way our team greets you at the door. But "Living Richly" isn't just a catchy hashtag or a marketing slogan.

For our founders, Natalie and Matt, it is a philosophy forged in the extremes, from the soybean fields of the Midwest to the tropical villages of Belize; from the heights of business success to the humbling moment of losing it all during a global pandemic.

Through that journey, we discovered a truth that the modern wellness industry often misses: True wealth is not measured by what you have, but by how much vitality, connection, and purpose you possess.

Here is the blueprint for what it means to live a "rich" life in the Body Haus community.

1. Health is the Ultimate Currency

You can have the most impressive portfolio in the world, but if you don’t have the energy to enjoy it, you are "poor." At Body Haus Lifestyle Club, we believe physical vitality is the foundation of all wealth. Whether it’s through the precision of Reformer Pilates, the grit of a Cold Plunge, or the cellular healing of Light Therapy, we are making daily deposits into your "health bank."

2. The Luxury of Time and Presence

In an "always-on" world, the rarest commodities are stillness and focus. We define luxury not by a price tag, but by the Sophistication of an experience that allows you to slow down. Luxury is the 50 minutes on the mat where your phone is off. It’s the ritual of the sauna. It’s the seamless convenience of having your movement, recovery, and social life all in one "Haus."

3. A Wealth of Connection

A life lived in isolation is a life lived in poverty. We’ve built Body Haus to be your Third Space, the place between work and home where you truly belong. We trade gatekeeping for Inclusion. Living richly means having a community that knows your name, celebrates your wins, and shares a cold beverage with you after a game of pickleball.

4. Sensory Abundance

To live richly is to engage the senses. It’s the smell of essential oils in the studio, the feeling of a heavy linen towel, the shock of the cold plunge, and the warmth of the infrared heat. We believe your environment should be a masterpiece that delights your senses and calms your nervous system.

5. Generosity of Spirit

Finally, a rich life is one that overflows. Our Hospitality pillar is rooted in the belief that kindness, empathy, and a "warm welcome" are transformative. When we live richly, we have the emotional bandwidth to show up for others, to mentor, to support, and to build "common ground" in a divided world.

You Are the Brand

At Body Haus, we aren’t just building a club; we are redefining an industry. We are farmers, yogis, parents, and visionaries. We’ve fought through the dark days to build a sanctuary for those who seek more, not more "stuff," but more life.

Living richly is a choice. It’s the choice to prioritize your well-being, to seek out meaningful experiences, and to invest in the people around you.

Welcome to the Haus. We’re so glad you’re here to live richly with us.
