Our red light sauna sessions are designed to support circulation, ease muscle tension, and promote deep relaxation; the kind of restorative pause that turns a workout into a full wellness ritual. All while the red light supports cellular repair and healthy skin.
Cold Plunge
Cold plunge is where recovery meets resilience. A few minutes in the cold can help reduce inflammation, sharpen mental clarity, and leave you feeling energized long after you've stepped out; proof that sometimes the most powerful part of your practice is the part that challenges you most.
