The Body Haus Lifestyle 30-Day Challenge is a holistic fitness and wellness experience designed for women of all ages and fitness levels. This challenge encourages consistency over perfection — helping you move more, recover better, and feel stronger inside and out.

Whether you’re new to Pilates or already part of the BHLC community, this challenge meets you where you are and supports you every step of the way.

Challenge Dates & Registration

  • Challenge Dates: January 14 – February 13

  • Registration Window: December 7 – January 7

  • Entry Fee: $50
    (Requires an active BHLC membership or class pack)

The Challenge

Commit to 21 sessions in 30 days — choose any combination of:

  • Pilates Mat Classes

  • Pilates Reformer Classes

  • Light Therapy Sessions

  • Sauna Experiences

  • Cold Plunge Sessions

This flexible format allows you to build a routine that fits your lifestyle while experiencing the full Body Haus approach to fitness and recovery.
