When should I arrive?
 → Please arrive by 12:45 PM to get settled and enjoy some tea before we begin.

Do I need prior experience?
 → Not at all—this retreat is designed for all levels.

Can I skip certain elements (like cold plunge)?
 → Yes! All experiences are optional. Listen to your body.

What’s included in the light therapy session?
 → Our FDA-approved bed provides full-spectrum light, including red and infrared, to promote healing, recovery, and glow

Cancellation & Credit Policy

Please note:

  • All sales are final. No refunds.

  • In the event of an emergency, a credit may be issued toward a future retreat of the same type and value.

  • To be eligible for retreat credit, cancellations must be received at least 14 days prior to the event (by September 21).
