  • A membership, drop-in reservations or a scheduled tour are required for entry.

  • The public is welcome to order take-out at our Spring Lake location via online ordering and our first class drive-thru service. Body Haus Lifestyle Cafe lounge is open to class and package holders, members and their guests only.

  • We recommend wearing comfortable clothing you can easily move in.

    Grip socks are mandatory and should be worn for all Pilates workouts including private sessions and due to the fabric and color of your pilates equipment we recommend you wear the socks available for purchase at the Club. They not only keep you safe during the workout but keep your hygiene in check, too!

  • Bring your water bottle, a filtered water filler station is provided. For sanitary and safety reasons, we encourage grip socks and personal yoga mats for class participation. Grip socks and yoga mats are available at the studio for purchase. A towel is provided.

  • Yes, the Reformer studio is equipped with cubbies inside the studio for each client including USB chargers. The Yoga/Barre Studio has cubbies just outside. Members are urged to avoid bringing valuables into club premises. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

    We do not have showers.

  • Please arrive five (5) minutes before workout or therapy. The practice studios and treatment rooms are cleaned between each class and therapy so we are not able to accommodate any earlier. However you are invited to come much earlier and enjoy the Members Cafe Lounge open 7am-2pm Mondays-Saturdays.

  • Don't stress, we have a five (5) minute grace period so you can come in quietly and join us! Clients more than five (5) minutes late will not be allowed into class for safety reasons, we kindly ask for your cooperation in this.

  • It happens! Please be sure to do so online via the APP at least 24 hours before workout or therapy time or your credit card will be charged. Clients with packages will have a session deducted from their package. For those with monthly memberships, the drop-in rate for your class will be charged if you no-show, $15 if you late cancel. We do not accept cancellations by text, emails or phone. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • We recommend putting yourself on the waitlist in case there is a cancellation, if a spot opens you will be added to the list and receive a confirmation email/text. Please make sure you have selected text or email to be notified.

  • We love helping new clients start their journey with pilates and we can’t wait to have you join our Pilates Family! It is recommended to book our FREE DEMO lesson before scheduling your group workouts if you are unfamiliar with Pilates and the reformer. If you have a basic movement and fitness level, REFORMER level 1 is a great option for class style.

  • Clients with a Monthly membership can book up to two (2) months in advance.

    Auto-pay memberships are charged on the same day of every month from the time of sign up.

    Membership cancellation request requires 30 days advance notice before your next billing cycle by emailing info@bodyhauslifestyleclub.com

    NO EXCEPTIONS.

    Memberships can be paused by emailing info@bodyhauslifestyleclub.com at least 30 days prior to the billing cycle. Membership can be paused for up to 60 days with a fee of $50 per month to hold your member benefits.

    GRANDFATHERED FOUNDING MEMBERSHIP PRICING: Members under current Founding membership pricing will be grandfathered into their current Monthly Membership pricing agreement. Upon termination of existing Founding membership, the grandfathered rate will be void, and rejoining as a member will be subject to updated pricing.

  • All sales are final, non-refundable and non-transferrable. Auto-pay memberships are charged on the same day of every month from the time of sign up. If you need to cancel your monthly auto-pay membership, you must email info@bodyhauslifestyleclub.com 30 days in advance to cancel your membership before your next billing date. All auto-pay memberships require a three (3) month commitment before a cancellation of membership can be made.
